The purchasing department function is to help public schools secure the best work and materials at the lowest practical prices by stimulating competition; establish procedure for ordering materials and services; and insure all purchases are legal and in the best interest of the district’s employees and students.

To order/obtain all materials and services required by district employees via competitive bidding, quotations, proposals, etc.; process all purchase orders; maintain successful vendor relationships in order to expedite merchandise delivery, returns, etc.; provide information to district personnel regarding all purchasing needs.
